​Tanzeem oversees our business across the company. Having began his career focussing on recruitment for the Technology Infrastructure market, he became one of the highest performing headhunters globally in his respective space. He offers a rounded, informative approach, concentrating on solutions and engaging closely with organisations to create a mutually beneficial business relationship.

He is passionate about providing clients with the very highest levels of bespoke service, which ultimately led to him forming Lester Hamilton in 2021. When he is not on the phone, Tanzeem can be found running a 10k, globe trotting or spending time with his family.
