Responsibilities
Capability to lead a team of technicians under the supervision of the project manager
Install, program, system start-up/check-out, certify, and customer training on assigned projects
Runs wiring, installs hardware, and field terminate all devices
Inspect teams’ and subcontractor’s workmanship
Inspects and tests systems, batteries, and wiring; adjusts and repairs as required
Replaces malfunctioning hardware when necessary
Ensures installations comply with Stone Security Standards
Familiar with basic blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures unassisted, may require assistance with more complex specifications
Works closely with the Project Manager and/or Operations Manager and assists in the overall coordination of specific projects; makes recommendations regarding quality of work and potential changes in scope and identifies ways to continuously improve customer satisfaction
Must communicate, oversee and work closely with subcontractors
Performs other related duties as required
Travel may be required
