​Qualifications
  • 10+ years’ experience with advanced water and/or wastewater treatment increasing levels of project engagement

  • Florida PE license is required

  • Experience working with multi-disciplined design team

  • Lead the development of water and wastewater treatment process designs tailored to our customers’ needs, including process flow diagrams, mass balances, process calculations and equipment specifications

  • Experience in development of process flow diagrams and coordination of other supporting disciplines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
  • This engineer will be responsible for supporting our team on water and wastewater treatment projects for local, state, and regional clients, solving complex water and wastewater challenges

  • Management of projects, from concept through completion

  • Preparations of studies for facility master planning, alternatives analyses, feasibility studies, and preliminary engineering reports

  • Coordinating with staff from multiple design disciplines

  • Development of design documents and specifications and obtaining permits from regulatory agencies

  • Managing and mentoring staff

  • Making site visits to pursue project leads

  • Participation in the preparation of qualifications and proposals

  • Apply engineering principles and best practices to ensure the efficient and effective treatment of water and wastewater within our product scope
