Your Tasks Will Involve
Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception through completion
Prepare and review project deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations and regulatory requirements
Monitor budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
Interface regularly with clients to discuss project progress, address concerns, and provide updates
Mentor and train junior civil engineering staff, fostering their professional growth
Work Location
This is a hybrid position based in Portland or Eugene. The candidate will be required to be onsite in Oregon for occasional specific project requirements, but the majority of the work can be done remotely from home in the Portland or Eugene areas.
Travel requirements:This position requires travel of 10% or less.

Expertise And Abilities You Will Contribute
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil design
In-depth knowledge of the regulatory standards and requirements in Oregon and/or Washington
Proficiency in using AutoCAD/Civil3D for project design
Demonstrated experience delivering projects in local jurisdictions
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to perform complex technical design and modeling tasks
Strong leadership and administrative capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Oregon
